Snowdrops in the snow and some good news...

It has been snowing on and off all morning so I thought there could be some Snowdrop photos in the snow to be had but in reality not much of the snow is lying however managed some nice shots with the iPhone all pretty much sharp something I never seemed to manage with the Canon.  I also had some excellent news from N Lincs Council to say that the Jetskiers had dropped their planning application to move to my local nature reserve The Blue Lagoon so a good morning around!

White-billed Diver (few more photos)

Have managed to process a few more photos of the White-billed Diver digiscoped with the new Panasonic GX8.

Pine Bunting

After a 2nd visit we finally connected with the male Pine Bunting at Dunnington near York.  The bird is highly elusive, mixed in with a large mixed flock of Yellowhammers, Corn Buntings, Tree Sparrows and Chaffinches that are quite mobile.  The bird was seen for a minute or two in good light but rather distant, hence the poor quality photos.
