Spotted Flycatchers are back!
Although we went on a twitch today to see a Broad-Billed Sandpiper it was no where near as exciting as finding my (I consider them my own) 2 Spotted Flycatchers back from their African travels and back at the same nest box in Normanby Park as last year - so the worry now begins, will they be successful or will one of the 50+ Squirrels find them! Also not quite as exciting but blooming good was the discovery of a third Nuthatch nest also in the Park.

Lovely picture of the flycatcher back on its nest. I wonder how many mile's it's done since you last saw it? ..unless its a different bird!
