Slightly warmer today now we have lost the biting easterly wind so we went for a drive around the Scunthorpe area with drive being the operative word as my Sciatica is still too painful for much walking, so lots of waiting for me while Wayne whipped round a few sites producing amongst other things 3 Whooper Swans, 1 Woodcock, 1 Wood Lark, 5 Jack Snipe, 1 Little Ringed Plover, 3 Pink Footed Geese, 1 White-fronted Goose, 1 Goosander, 2 Med Gulls, 4 Black Tailed Godwit, 2 Fox, 3 Roe Deer and a dead Pole Cat! and below a couple of shots taken from the garden yesterday of 3 Common Crane.
