Argentina Day 7 - Yala NP to Abra Pampa and beyond

After birding Yala NP in the morning we had a long drive north along route 9 to Abra Pampa where we turned off onto a gravel road heading in the direction of Laguna de Pozuelo, a high altitude lake.  We drove along this desolate gravel road until it got dark at which time we located a spot to pull off the road and sleep in the car for the night.  It was a very cold night as we were above 3000 masl with thick frost on the car the next morning, good job we brought our feather jackets.
